Don’t worry about looking silly at a gym. Everyone has had a first day and been unsure where to start. I was there too. But over the years of working out on my own and then becoming a certified personal trainer, I’ve narrowed down the basic skills and techniques everyone needs to learn so they can lift weights safely and effectively.
