About coach Chase
My name is Chase Mancia and I started lifting weights as a teenager, quickly focusing on growing my glutes and trying to have the “perfect” body. From there, I fell in love with lifting heavy-ass weights, and trained to compete in Oregons first Strongman Competition. After placing second in the women’s division, I continued to lift heavy and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
I’ve worked with hundreds of people over the years, really learning how to get-even the least experienced person-comfortable lifting weights. My passion has always been helping people feel the same empowerment I felt as a teenager, once I discovered weight lifting.
